Fashion Export

We are based in Laxmi Nagar. It’s one of those areas that never seems to sleep. There are always people moving about and something happening on the street. Our building is pretty nondescript. Inside, it’s mostly just boxes and more boxes. Since we handle the export side of things, our main job is packing and checking. We spend a lot of time with tape guns and bubble wrap. We have to make sure everything is labeled correctly so it doesn't get lost when it leaves Laxmi Nagar. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and moving things from the work area to the loading spot. We don't have a fancy showroom because we don't really sell to people walking off the street. Our focus is on getting the orders ready for shipping. The office is just a small corner with a phone and a printer that jams way too often. We have a few people who help with the quality checks. They look at every piece to make sure there aren't any loose threads or missing buttons before it goes into a box. It’s a simple process but it takes a lot of time. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure the shipments go out like they are supposed to. Sometimes we get a big order and everyone has to pitch in. It gets busy, but we stay on top of it. We have been here for years and know the neighborhood well.
