Laxmi Enterprises

Laxmi Enterprises is right at the Mori Gate Chowk, Shop No 1 in Building No 3913. It’s a very busy corner. There is always someone shouting or a horn blowing outside the door. We are right on the Main Road, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic. The shop is small and we’ve filled every inch of it with stock. Sometimes it’s hard to move around in there, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't have a staff of twenty, just a couple of us who have been here since the beginning. We spend our days helping people find what they need and drinking tea when there’s a quiet moment. Mori Gate is an old part of town with a lot of history, and we feel like a part of that. We aren't trying to be some big modern outlet. We just run a regular shop for regular people. The building is old, but it holds up well. We see the same faces every week. People know they can come to Shop No 1 and get a straight answer. We don’t use any marketing tricks. If we have it, we sell it. If we don’t, we tell you where to find it. It’s just how things work down here at the chowk. The days go by fast when you’re busy with the locals and the commuters. Our shelves are a bit crooked, but they hold the weight just fine for now.
