Larsen&Toubro Ltd

We are located at the RMC Plant site over in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Our address is Site-4, A/43. Working for Larsen&Toubro Ltd at a Ready-Mix Concrete plant means things are rarely quiet or clean. Trucks are always moving and the smell of wet cement is usually in the air. It’s a very industrial environment, right in the thick of the Sahibabad industrial area. Our office is just a small building on the site, nothing fancy at all. The floor usually has a bit of dust on it no matter how much we sweep. Days are spent coordinating deliveries and checking the mix batches. It’s a high-pressure environment because the concrete has to go out on time, so there’s not much room for small talk. Boots and hard hats are worn most of the time. It gets incredibly hot in the summer out here on the concrete, but we just keep the fans going and drink plenty of water. You won't find any polished brochures or mission statements posted up. The work speaks for itself when the trucks leave the gate. It’s a tough, gritty place to work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at Site-4 for a long time, and we know every corner of this plant. It’s just us, the machines, and the daily grind of the industrial site. We don't bother with being polished or corporate.
