Larsen Toubro Ltd. - Ecc Division

Our office is tucked away in Pitampura, Delhi, specifically at I-4 in the Kashmir Appts. We use this residential apartment as the base for the Larsen Toubro Ltd. - Ecc Division in this area. Pitampura is a very busy and crowded part of the city, so being in an apartment complex makes the workspace feel a bit more quiet and private than a typical commercial building. It is not a very large space, but it fits our desks and the stacks of blueprints we need for our construction work. We handle a lot of the planning and the logistics from here. It’s a lot of making phone calls and checking on the progress of various sites around Delhi. We don't have a big sign or any fancy decorations. Most of us have worked in this division for years, so we know each other well and don't need to be formal. The Delhi heat can be pretty intense in the summer, so we keep the AC running and try to stay productive despite the weather. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon or making big promises. We just want to make sure the engineering and construction tasks are handled properly. It is a very practical way to run things, and it works well for our small team. We usually just focus on our checklists and keep moving forward with the projects we are assigned to.
