Our office is located at H.No-B/29 in Nabakrushna Nagar, which is over in the Sonaparbat area of Rourkela. We’re tucked away in the Sundargarh district of Orissa. It’s a residential house that we use for our operations here. Rourkela is a steel city, so there’s always something being built or fixed, and we’re right in the thick of it. The office doesn't have any flashy signs, just a small plate with the name. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a big table with maps and project schedules. We’ve got a small crew handling the local work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main industrial zones, which is nice when we need to focus. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the sites a bit of a nightmare, but we just put on our boots and get on with it. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or anything. We’re just engineers and project workers who have been doing this for years. We know the local suppliers and the guys on the ground. Most of our day is spent making sure the materials are where they need to be and the work is staying on track. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We’re just regular folks working hard in this corner of Orissa to get things built right.
