Larsen & Toubro- Ecc Division

We've been at Jai Maa Apartments in Sector 5 for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Dwarka. Larsen & Toubro- Ecc Division operates out of Flat 331 here. It isn't a big glass building or anything fancy, just a regular apartment where we get our daily work done. Most days, we are busy with paperwork and coordinating stuff for the construction side of things. People sometimes find it a bit hard to find the flat at first because the blocks look similar, but once you get into Sector 5, it’s easier. We keep things simple. There’s a small team here. We don't have a big reception area or coffee machines. We just use the space we have to keep track of projects. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays pretty calm during the day which helps us focus. We handle a lot of the local logistics and planning from this desk. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just how it is. Being in New Delhi means traffic is always a topic in the morning, but we’re used to it. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s practical. No one wears suits much here unless there is a big meeting. We just want to make sure the records are straight and the sites have what they need. That’s basically us in a nutshell. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby.
