L&T, New Delhi

We are set up at 24, Bajrang Nagar, which sits along Manewada Road. Even though the name says New Delhi, this is where we actually do the daily work. The area around Bajrang Nagar is a mix of different things, and it feels like a very grounded place to be. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We’ve got a small crew here. We mostly just focus on getting the day’s tasks finished. It can be a bit quiet or a bit noisy depending on what’s happening on Manewada Road that day. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything. It’s mostly just functional stuff that helps us get through the pile of work we have. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. No one here is trying to be a big boss; we just all do our part. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the neighborhood. It’s a good spot for us because it’s easy for the staff to get to. We’ve been at this location for some time now and we know the neighbors pretty well. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just us at number 24, trying to keep things organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a steady kind of life here in this part of town.
