L&T Ecc Division

L&T Ecc Division is currently set up at the Omaxe Project in Greater Noida. Since we are right on the project site in U.P., our office is basically where the action is. It’s a bit dusty and loud because of all the construction going on around us, but that's just the nature of the job. We don't have a permanent, fancy building here; it's more of a functional space meant for the engineers and site supervisors to huddle up. Every morning starts with a lot of noise and a lot of planning. We spend our time checking on the progress of the buildings and making sure the supplies have arrived. Greater Noida is a huge area with tons of development, so being right at the Omaxe site helps us keep a close eye on everything. It’s not a place where you’d come for a formal meeting in a suit. Most of us are in work boots and gear most of the day. We handle the technical aspects of the construction and try to solve problems as they pop up. There’s always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a slight adjustment. We just get on with it without making a big deal out of it. It’s a hardworking environment, and we wouldn't have it any other way while the project is in full swing. It feels good to see the progress being made day by day right outside our door.
