Right now, Lanco Infrastructure Ltd. is operating out of H.No. 188/10C in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. Vasundhara is a pretty established part of G.Bad, and having the office here means we don't have to deal with the absolute chaos of the main city center every single day. The house number might be a bit confusing for someone visiting for the first time, but once you see the 188/10C sign, you know you’re in the right place. We’ve set things up inside to be functional. There are a couple of rooms turned into workspaces where we keep all the project files and computers. It’s a very hands-on environment. There is no corporate polish here, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of work to get through. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we just wait it out or use the backup if we really need to. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays relatively quiet during the working hours. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the infrastructure projects we have on our plate. It’s just us, working away in this corner of UP. It’s not a fancy headquarters, but it’s where we get the real work done every day. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like a decent place to be based out of.
