L K Properties is based in Kakrola, specifically at RZ -A-5 in Suraj Vihar. We are right near Arya Public School, so it’s easy to find if you know where the school is. The area is usually busy with parents and kids during the day. Our office is a straightforward space. It’s not very big, and it gets a bit cramped when more than a few people are inside. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who drops by. It feels more like a home office than a corporate branch, which is fine by us. We handle the paperwork and talk to people who come in asking about things in the neighborhood. There’s usually some papers scattered around because we’re always in the middle of something. We don't really have a big marketing plan or a fancy front desk. It's just us answering the phone and trying to help people out with what they need. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty, but we keep the door open to catch the breeze. We’ve been part of this Suraj Vihar community for a while now. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the records straight and making sure the daily tasks are finished before we lock up for the evening. It’s just how we run things here day in and day out.
