Our office is right near the AIIMS area in New Delhi, specifically at Masjid Moth. Sandeep Kumar Jain is the person running things here at Type Ii/23. This is not some flashy corporate building with glass walls. It is a very practical, everyday space where we handle the infrastructure development side of the business. Most of our time is spent looking at project plans or dealing with the local logistics that come up. The traffic around here is always heavy because of the hospital and the local markets, so there is always a lot of noise outside. Our office is simple, with just a few desks and computers to keep track of the big projects happening in other places. It gets a bit dusty with the New Delhi heat, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. People mostly call us or drop by if they are part of the working team. It feels like a regular government colony setup since it is in Masjid Moth. We have files piled up and a lot of tea gets consumed throughout the day by the staff. It is a busy environment but not in a fancy way. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the project details are correct for the higher-ups. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait or use the backup. It is a local way of working.
