We’re located on the third floor of Plot No-E-59 in Pandav Nagar. It’s tucked away in the Patparganj area. Finding the right building can be a little tricky the first time because the numbers aren't always where you think they’d be. Once you get upstairs, it’s mostly just us and a lot of medical equipment boxes. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure everything is labeled right. It’s a biomedical business, so there’s a lot of technical talk, but we try to keep it simple among ourselves. The office gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, which makes it bright but sometimes a bit too warm. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to packing up a small shipment. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment, just a steady pace of work. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good stretch now. Most of the people we deal with are hospitals or labs who just want their supplies without any drama. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the inventory, and make sure the deliveries go out to the right places. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the stairs are a bit tiring after a long day, but we are used to it. There is a small tea stall near the entrance that we go to most mornings to wake up.
