At Ock Beauty Herbals, we operate from H-94 Krishan Vihar. It’s a different vibe than being in a big factory. Our space is more like a large workshop where we deal with all sorts of herbs and natural ingredients. When you walk in, you’re usually hit with a mix of different smells like neem, amla, or rose water. We don't use a lot of heavy machinery here. A lot of the sorting, grinding, and mixing is done in smaller batches. It takes more time, but we like to see what’s going into every jar and bottle. H-94 is a quiet enough spot, and we’ve made ourselves at home here. The staff is mostly people from the Krishan Vihar neighborhood who have been with us for years. We don’t have a fancy marketing department or a polished website. Most of our customers found us because someone told them about the products we make. We spend our mornings checking the quality of the raw materials that come in from the markets. If the herbs don't look right, we don't use them. It’s a simple rule but it keeps things honest. The packaging happens on the long tables in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of orders to fill, but we manage by helping each other out. We just try to do a good job every day and keep the place running smoothly. It is a slow process, but it's just the way we have always done it.
