You can find Kripal Singh & Sons over at Plot No. 2087/C 2 in Prem Nagar. We are right near the railway crossing, so we hear the trains going by all day long. It’s a family thing here, hence the name. My father started things, and now we all just pitch in to keep it running. The yard is usually full of materials and a couple of old trucks. It’s not the neatest place you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is. Being near the tracks means it can get a bit noisy when we are trying to talk to someone, but you get used to it after a week or so. We do a bit of everything that involves the plot and the supplies we keep there. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal in the afternoons. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. We keep the gates open during the day and try to help out whoever stops by. It’s just us working the plot and trying to make sure the family name stays respected. Some days the paperwork piles up, but we’d rather be out in the yard than sitting at a desk. We just want to finish the day's tasks and get home to our families, knowing we put in an honest day of work for the community.
