Kothari Associates

Kothari Associates is located at K1/141 in Chittranjan Park, New Delhi. This neighborhood is where we’ve been for a long time. Our office is 110 019 if you’re looking for the postal code. It’s a busy little place, usually filled with stacks of drawings and a lot of different associates coming in and out. We focus on design and planning work for various projects around the city. It’s not the most modern-looking office you’ll ever see, but it’s comfortable and we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. We just focus on the drawings and the meetings. New Delhi is a fast-paced place, and sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep up with all the changes. We like being in C.R. Park; it has a nice community feel to it. Most of our days are spent at our desks or out meeting with people to discuss project details. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of sketching. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we always manage to get through it. We aren't some massive firm. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best. We’ve been at this for years and plan to stay right here at K1/141.
