Our place is tucked away in Street No. 5 over in Pandav Nagar. If you know the Ur Vihar area, we are right in Phase I. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to squeeze through the narrow streets. We’ve been operating out of E-139B for some time now. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything, just a practical space where we can organize our gear. Most of the team is out in the field across Delhi every day. We handle lift repairs and maintenance mostly. It gets pretty hot in the summer here, so the office is a good place to grab some water before heading back out. We aren't really the type to wear suits and ties. Usually, it's just work shirts and boots. We focus on getting the machinery running right. Pandav Nagar is a lively spot, lots of small businesses around us. We like being part of the local mix. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait it out like everyone else. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t do much advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or seeing our vans around. We just try to be reliable and show up when we say we will. Most days it is just a lot of grease and heavy lifting, but it keeps us out of trouble. We have been here so long that the chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea.
