Kmc Constructions

Kmc Constructions is located over at Flat No C I 104 in the Vuda Apartments. We are right in Kalinga Nagar, near the Punjab Hotel Jn in Visakhapatnam. Being in an apartment complex for an office is a bit different, but it works for us since most of our actual work happens out at the sites. The sea air here in Vizag is nice, but it sure does make the metal tools rust faster if we aren’t careful. We’ve been around this part of AP for a bit. It’s a lot of back and forth between the apartment and wherever the current project is. Sometimes we’re stuck in traffic near the junction, just waiting to get the materials delivered. It’s not a polished business with a big sales team. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to keep the dust off the paperwork. We deal with the usual headaches of construction, like workers not showing up or the price of sand going up out of nowhere. It's just a practical way to earn a living. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just look at the plans and try to make them look like the drawing. Some days it goes well, other days the machinery breaks down and we spend the afternoon fixing a motor. It’s just how it is for us here at Kmc. We don't have all the answers, but we get the jobs finished eventually. The apartment gets a bit cramped with all the blue prints.
