Our place is at Wz-64 in Naraina Village, which is a pretty lively part of New Delhi. If you know Naraina, you know it is always packed with people and vehicles, so there is never a dull moment around the office. We are Kla Const. Technologies and we have been working from this spot for quite a while. The office itself is full of binders and technical manuals because the work we do involves a lot of specific chemistry for construction projects. We deal with things like structural strengthening and chemical injections for foundations. It is the kind of work that most people do not see once the building is finished, but it is important for keeping everything standing. The desk is usually covered in site reports and the phone never really stops ringing with questions about different projects. We have a small crew that has been together for a long time, so we all know who is supposed to be where. There is nothing fancy about how we run things. We just show up, get the supplies ready, and head out to whichever site needs us that day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the billing or plan for the next week's material orders. It is a lot of manual work and coordination, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it. Being in Naraina Village means we are right in the middle of everything.
