Abhishek Interiors

I’m at Abhishek Interiors, located at No. 18 in Pratap Vihar Part-Ii, Kirari Suleman. This part of town is always busy with construction and people moving around all day. I’ve lived nearby for years, so setting up the shop here made sense for me. It’s not a big design studio with glass walls and fancy lights. It’s just a workspace where we keep our tools and wood samples. Most of the time, I’m out at job sites working, so the shop might be locked for a few hours in the middle of the day. If you catch me here, you’ll see wood shavings on the floor and some half-finished frames leaning against the wall. I don't like those fancy brochures that look too perfect and glossy. Real work is messy and involves a lot of sweat. My brother helps me with the heavy lifting and the measurements when we have a big project. We’ve done a lot of homes in Pratap Vihar over the years. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work. People see what we did for their neighbor and they ask for my number. It’s honest work. We don't promise the moon, we just do what we can with the materials we have. Sometimes things take longer if the supplier is late with the ply, but we always finish. It’s just us trying to make a living in Kirari Suleman.
