Kinger Electronics is on the first floor of the Red Building in Lado Sarai. We are very close to the Hanuman Temple, so we hear the bells and the crowds every day. It’s a landmark that makes it easy for people to find us. The building is painted a bright red, as you might guess from the name. We occupy a decent-sized space upstairs where we handle all kinds of electronic components. It isn't a modern office with glass walls; it's more of a workshop feel. There are workbenches, soldering irons, and piles of spare parts everywhere. We have a couple of windows that look out onto the street, which is good for seeing what's happening. The stairs are a bit steep, but we are used to them now. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from what we're doing when someone walks in. We deal with a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We just tell them what we have in stock and how long it will take to get something if we don't. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No one here wears a suit, and we don't have any polished scripts for the phone. We just work and keep the coffee pot full for when we need a break. The red paint on the building is starting to peel a bit, but it still stands out in the neighborhood.
