Khosla Surgicals

We've been at Dwarkashish A-158 in Shakarpur for a while now. It's a busy spot right on Vikas Marg. Most people know the area because of the traffic and the shops. Khosla Surgicals is basically just a small office where we handle medical supplies. We started out small and stayed that way, mostly because we like knowing our customers by name. It gets crowded in here with all the boxes of surgical gear piled up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what clinics need. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle with the parking on Vikas Marg, but we manage. It’s a lot of manual work, counting gloves and checking expiry dates on things. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just us working through the orders as they come in. If you walk past the building, you might not even notice the sign at first. We deal with a lot of regular doctors from around the neighborhood. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to get things out the door before the evening rush starts. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning until late. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives.
