We are Khalsa Parivar Restaurant. Our address is Maya Puri Phase 2 D D A Facility Centre 12. Being in Maya Puri Phase 2 means we are surrounded by a lot of industrial activity. It's a busy part of the city. D D A Facility Centre 12 is where we have our space. It’s a functional building, nothing too pretty to look at from the street. We’ve got the name Khalsa Parivar Restaurant on a sign so people know where to go. Inside, the tables are sturdy and we keep them wiped down. It gets quite loud in Maya Puri with all the trucks and work going on. We are used to the noise by now. Facility Centre 12 is a good spot for us because there are always people around. We spend our time prepping and making sure everything is in its place. The kitchen area is where most of the work happens. It’s hot and busy in there. We don’t have much time for sitting around. Khalsa Parivar Restaurant is just a family-run kind of place. We don't use big words or have fancy ideas. We just want to be there for the people who come to Maya Puri Phase 2. The building at D D A Facility Centre 12 isn't perfect, but it works for us. We just keep going day after day. That is the whole thing really. Maya Puri Phase 2 is where you can find us at number 12.
