Khaitan

Our place is called Khaitan, and we’re based in the Dda Lig Flats at 51-D in Mansarovar Park. That’s over in the Shahdara area of Delhi. It’s a pretty standard residential-style setup, which is fine for us. We don't need a big high-rise office to do our work. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good long time. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something going on outside. Inside, it’s just us working away. We don't have any slick marketing materials or anything like that. We mostly just talk to people directly. We handle all sorts of things throughout the day, and it can get a bit disorganized sometimes, but we always manage to find what we need. We don't follow any corporate rules about how to talk or act. We’re just regular people who happen to run a business. Some of us have lived in Shahdara our whole lives, so we feel right at home here. We don't have any big slogans or goals to take over the world. We just want to do a decent job and keep our customers coming back. It’s a simple way to look at things, but it keeps life from getting too complicated. If you’re in Mansarovar Park, you might walk right past us and not even notice, but we’re here, working hard. We keep the office open late some nights when there's a lot to do. It’s just part of the job. We aren't looking for praise.
