Our place is at Number 6/50G on Shanti Path in Chanakyapuri. It’s a well-known area, but our shop is just a regular spot among many others. We deal with medicines and pharmaceutical supplies. The shelves are mostly full of boxes and bottles, and we spend a lot of time checking expiration dates and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not a flashy store with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s more of a practical space for work. We have a small counter where people come with their prescriptions or questions. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit and read the newspaper, but other times there’s a line out the door. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People just come to us because they know we’ve been here for a while and we usually have what they need. Chanakyapuri is a nice place to work, though parking can be a real pain for our customers during the day. We try to keep things clean and tidy, but with so many small items, it’s a constant battle against the dust that comes in from the street. The staff is just a couple of us who know the inventory well. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the right medicine to the right person. It’s a straightforward job that we’ve been doing for years without making any huge changes to it. We are here most days.
