Elkosta Security Systems India is located in the Mercantile House on Kasturba Gandhi Marg. We have units 101 and 102. Being on KG Marg means we are right in the heart of the city's activity. The building is a big one, and there are always people coming and going from different offices. We deal with security systems, so our office is often filled with boxes of cameras, sensors, and rolls of wiring. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the equipment we keep on hand. The rooms are air-conditioned because the Delhi heat can be quite brutal in the summer months. We have some technicians who are usually out on calls, while the rest of us stay in the office to handle the coordination. Mercantile House has that classic office building feel with long corridors and heavy doors. You can hear the hum of the city traffic even from the first floor. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It is a very functional environment but without the stuffy corporate attitude. We just focus on keeping track of the inventory and making sure the schedules are met. There is always someone coming in to ask about a specific part or to drop off a repair. It is a fast-paced place, and we are usually juggling several tasks at once. We like being in such a central location because everything is within reach of the public transport.
