Mayur Traders

Mayur Traders is tucked away in the Punja Sharif area, right by Kasmere Gate at No. 504- D- 1. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy and narrow the lanes can get. It is a real old-school trading spot. We spend our mornings unloading stuff and our afternoons trying to get it all sorted for the people who come by. Kasmere Gate is always humming with activity, so there is never really a quiet moment around here. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we have been part of this neighborhood for years. We deal with a lot of different traders and regulars who have been coming to us since the beginning. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic jams near the gate, but we just deal with it. It’s part of the job. Inside, the shelves are pretty full and things are stacked high. We don’t spend much time on decorating or anything like that. We just focus on the trade and making sure we have what people are looking for. It gets a bit dusty with all the movement, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We are just local people doing our daily work in a corner of the city that never seems to stop moving. Our family has been doing this for a long time now.
