Kasa Light & Electronics Pvt Ltd is up on the third floor of the Vardhaman Complex, right in the Rohit Kunj Market. It’s a busy little market area, so there is always something going on downstairs. We are in room 303. Getting up the stairs is our daily exercise since the elevator can be a bit moody sometimes. Our office is a mix of a showroom and a storage space. We have lights hanging from the ceiling and electronics piled up on the counters. It’s a bit of a maze if you don't know where you are going. We spend our days talking to customers who wander in from the market and handling the wholesale side of things. It’s a family-style atmosphere here. We don't use big words or fancy marketing. We just show people what the lights look like and tell them how much they cost. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment comes in because everything has to be counted by hand. The Rohit Kunj Market has some great food stalls nearby, so lunch is always the highlight of the day. We are just regular people doing a regular job in a busy part of town. We've got a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us and they know we'll be here. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, but the ceiling fans keep things cool enough to work.
