R.B. Trading Co.

Our shop is tucked away at No. 1118/Gali No 12 in the Naiwalan area of Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know how Karol Bagh is. It's always crowded and there's never enough space for everything. R.B. Trading Co. is right in the thick of it. We deal with various parts and items, mostly stuff that people need for their vehicles or repairs. The shop is small and packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for, but we usually have it somewhere in the back. We have been in this alley for quite a few years now. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so there is always a lot of shouting and moving of crates. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. People find us because they know the address or someone told them to come here. We don't really do "customer service" in the way big stores do. We just tell you what we have and what the price is. It’s an honest way to do business. Most days are long and the heat in the summer makes the narrow lanes feel even tighter. But we keep showing up and opening the shutters every morning at Naiwalan because this is what we do. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours and we like it here.
