Nehal Gift Solutions is on the first floor at 10229 Gali Gyarsi in Manakpura. We’re right in the heart of Karol Bagh, very near Gali Gyarsi if you’re looking for the landmark. If you know the area, you know how packed it gets. Gali Gyarsi is a narrow lane and we’re just up the stairs. The room is always full of wrapping paper, boxes, and ribbons. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly. We do a lot of corporate gifting and seasonal stuff. There’s always a printer running or someone taping up a box. The noise from the market downstairs never really stops. We have a small kettle for making coffee when we’re working late. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the items before they go into the gift sets. We don’t have a big showroom. It’s more of a workshop where the actual work happens. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost in the lanes, so we have to go down and find them. It’s a lot of running around. We don't use any fancy software, just a notebook and some spreadsheets. The windows are small, so we keep the tube lights on all day. It’s a busy, cramped space but we manage to get everything out on time. It feels like a real accomplishment when a big order finally leaves the door. We usually take a deep breath then and start getting ready for the next one.
