You can find us at 812 Joshi Road in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We deal with cleaning equipment and parts, so our shop floor is usually covered in boxes and metal components. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, ironically enough, but we know where everything is. People come in looking for specific valves or filters, and we spend time digging through the bins to find exactly what they need. We’ve been on Joshi Road for quite some time. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the pipes leak sometimes when it rains hard. We don’t have a website with a bunch of fancy photos. Most of our customers are locals or people who have been buying from us for a decade. We sit on stools behind the counter and talk about the news or the weather while we wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a simple life. We don’t use corporate jargon or have big meetings about strategy. We just see what needs to be fixed or sold and we get to it. Sometimes we stay late to finish an inventory count, but usually, we close up right on time. If the door is open, we are here. If it's locked, we've gone for the day. It’s just how things work on Joshi Road.
