We are based at 3587/4 Gali No. 10 in Regharpura, which is part of the Karol Bagh area. This part of Delhi is always moving and never seems to get quiet. Our office is tucked away in one of the many narrow lanes that run through the neighborhood. It is not really the kind of place you would find if you were not specifically looking for it. We handle some international trade work and also deal with some local business matters. This involves a lot of logistics and talking to different people in various time zones. The main room is mostly filled up with metal files and a few computers on desks. We are not a big fancy firm with a receptionist sitting at the front. Usually, one of us just gets up to answer the door when someone knocks. It is just a practical and basic space for getting our daily work done. Karol Bagh can be very loud with all the market activity, but inside our specific lane, it is a little bit more manageable. We have been around here for quite a while now. Some days can be quite stressful when shipments get stuck or when some papers go missing. We just deal with those problems one step at a time until they are solved. We do not have any polished speeches about what we do. We just buy and sell things and make sure they get to where they need to go. It is just a regular office at Charvik International Pvt. Ltd.
