Ahuja Tailors & Drapers

We are tucked away at number 5/54 on Ajmal Khan Road, which is right in the middle of the Karol Bagh market. If you have ever spent any time walking down this street, you already know how busy it gets with all the shoppers and different vendors everywhere. Ahuja Tailors & Drapers has been a part of this busy street for quite some time. We spend most of our days dealing with various fabrics and making sure that everything fits just right for the people who come to see us. It is a lot of manual work, whether we are sitting at the sewing machines or measuring out cloth on the big wooden table in the back. We do not have a modern or sleek storefront like some of the newer shops that have opened up nearby. Our place feels a bit more traditional, filled with piles of cloth and the constant sound of machines running. People usually come to us when they want something very specific made or fixed up. We do not use any fancy sales pitches or try to talk people into things. We just listen to what you need, figure out the best way to do it, and tell you when the job will be done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders at once, but we always manage to get through it. It is a simple life of thread and fabric.
