Our factory and office are over at 10686/B on Jhandewalan Road in the Nabi Karim area. It is a very old part of town and the streets are narrow. We are Kapoor Plastics Pvt Ltd. We have been working with plastic products for a long time. The machines here are usually running all day long. They make a steady humming noise that you get used to after a few hours. We make all kinds of basic plastic items. The floor is often covered in small plastic pellets and we have to sweep up constantly. It is an industrial environment, so it is not exactly quiet or clean. We have a few rooms upstairs for the administrative stuff. We are mostly just regular people who have been in this trade for years. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just focus on making the items and getting them packed into boxes. Jhandewalan Road is always crowded with traffic, so getting our goods out can be a bit of a challenge in the afternoons. We usually try to schedule the big trucks for early morning. We take our tea breaks together in the small courtyard. It's a simple business. We deal with suppliers, watch the machines, and make sure the orders are ready on time. We don't do anything fancy, just the work that needs doing every day.
