Trying to find us for the first time can be a bit of a puzzle if you don’t know Kapashera well. We are located at Khasra No-1161, specifically on the ground floor front side of Gali No-6. It’s right near Fimt College and just across from Nirmal Chhaya Public School, so we usually tell people to look for those landmarks. The street is pretty narrow, and there’s always something going on outside—kids going to school or bikes squeezing past each other. Our space at Staier No 2 isn’t very big, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day operations. We spend a lot of time just managing things from the front office area. It can get dusty with all the traffic on the road, so we’re always wiping down the desks. The building itself is just a plain structure, nothing special to look at. We start early most days before the sun gets too high and the street gets too loud. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve grown to like the chaos of it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask for something, and we do the same. It’s a very local way of working. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the door. It’s been our base for a while now, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of this particular corner in Kapashera.
