Shri Prakash Machine Tools

Over at the Dsidc Industrial Complex in Kalyanpuri, you'll find us at C-56. Shri Prakash Machine Tools has been operating out of this unit for a long time. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always noisy and there’s always a bit of smoke in the air from the nearby shops. We work with lathes, drills, and all sorts of heavy metal tools. The floor is concrete and usually has a thin layer of oil on it, so you have to watch your step. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just make and repair tools for other workshops. It’s basic, honest work that requires a lot of standing and checking measurements. Our crew is small, just a few guys who have been with us for years. We eat lunch together on the crates out front when the weather is nice. Kalyanpuri is a busy place, and we’re just one small part of it. Shri Prakash Machine Tools doesn't have a marketing department or a polished image. We just have our machines and our hands. If something breaks or someone needs a specific part made, they come to C-56. We don't make promises we can't keep. We just do the machining as best as the old equipment allows and keep things moving forward. It’s not a clean job, but someone has to do it so the other factories can keep their lines running.
