Our place is located at 1436 in Maruti Vihar, Gurgaon. Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has been operating out of here for a while now. Gurgaon has changed a lot, with all the new buildings going up, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We focus on railway engineering. It’s a specific kind of work that involves a lot of planning and time on the field. We don't have a big fancy headquarters. It’s just an office where we get the paperwork done and talk about the next steps for whatever track project we’re on. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs of Gurgaon, which we like. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We’re more comfortable on a construction site than in a boardroom. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for decades and some newer faces. We don't really do marketing. Most of our work comes from just being around and having a history in the rail sector. Some days are better than others, like when a big project finally wraps up without too many hitches along the way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
