Kajima Corporation

Our place is in New Delhi, specifically at D-963 in New Friends Colony. We are on the ground floor, in the back portion of the building. It’s a fairly quiet spot for being in such a busy city like Delhi. We like having the ground floor space because it makes it easier to get things in and out without having to deal with stairs all day. The back portion gives us a bit of peace from the main road. New Friends Colony has its own vibe, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm here. We don't have a big neon sign out front or a receptionist with a headset. Usually, someone is just sitting at their desk or moving some papers around. It’s an honest workspace for Kajima Corporation. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for us. We spend our time focusing on the tasks at hand rather than trying to look impressive. Delhi weather can be tough, either too hot or a bit chilly in the winter, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s just a normal office where people come to work and go home to their families. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local office in a decent part of town, doing what we do every day. We usually keep the back door open to let a little fresh air in when it isn't too dusty.
