Our place is at 457/Iiif Sector-3 in Vaishali, which is in Ghaziabad, U.P. We’ve been operating Kajaria Ceramics Ltd from this spot for a good while. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’re used to the daily rhythm of the street. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of tiles and the smell of cardboard boxes. We spend our mornings checking what arrived and what needs to go out to customers. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the tangibility of the ceramics. Some days are slower than others, giving us time to reorganize the shelves. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide tiles for floors and walls. When people come in, we show them what we have on hand. Sometimes they have a specific vision, and other times they just want something that won't break easily. We’ve seen all sorts of projects come through here, from small bathroom fixes to larger house jobs. The office has a lived-in feel, maybe a bit cluttered with samples from last year, but we know where everything is. The fans hum in the background while we work through the heat. It’s just a standard day for us here in Vaishali. We stay busy and keep the records straight as much as possible. It’s a humble setup but it serves the purpose for everyone involved.
