You’ll find us at J1 B1 Extension in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate. We’re right off Mathura Road in New Delhi. If you’ve ever driven down Mathura Road, you know how hectic the traffic can get, but once you get into the industrial estate, it’s a bit more focused on work. At Kajaria Ceramics Limited, our daily life revolves around crates and pallets of ceramic tiles. This isn’t a place for browsing in a quiet, air-conditioned mall. It’s a working warehouse and office space where things are constantly moving. The air usually has a bit of that industrial dust in it, and there’s always the sound of trucks or loaders nearby. We spend most of our time keeping track of the stock and making sure the ceramics are handled right so nothing breaks. It’s tough work and it keeps us on our feet all day long. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. We’re just the people on the ground who know the products inside and out. Folks come here when they need to get things done. We show them the different tiles, talk about the sizes, and help them get what they need. It’s a busy, gritty, and very real part of New Delhi, and we fit right in with the rest of the workers around here. We've been at this for a while and don't plan on changing how we do things.
