Our shop is located at Street Number 4 in Kailash Nagar. The building number is 9/2791. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of small streets and busy households. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the fabric we have stored, but we make it work. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the address and the name. It’s a local operation. We know the people on the street and they know us. Most of our work is done right here in this room. We don't spend money on polished ads or anything. We just focus on making sure the clothes are made well. It can get pretty loud with the machines running all day, but we've grown used to it. The light coming in from the front window is the best place to check the colors of the thread. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us trying to earn a living and keep the business going. We stay open pretty late most days because there’s always one more thing to finish. It’s a simple life, and we like the familiarity of Kailash Nagar. You get to see the same faces every day. It feels like home to us, even if it’s just where we work. We usually have the fan running constantly because it gets stuffy with all the cloth around. We just keep our heads down and sew.
