We are based at 1841/3 in Chandni Chowk, right inside Bhagirth Palace. This is one of the busiest electrical markets you will ever see. Our shop is small and very narrow, like most places in this part of Delhi. We have wires, cables, and switches stacked up to the ceiling. It is always a bit of a struggle to find space to move around, especially when we are unloading a new shipment. The noise outside is constant, with rickshaws and people everywhere. We don't have air conditioning or a fancy storefront. We just have a couple of fans that we keep running all day to deal with the heat. We don't spend any money on advertising or big signs. People usually find us because we’ve been here for years and they know where to look. We aren't trying to be the biggest distributor in the country. We just focus on selling our electrical goods to the people who need them. Most of our work is done by hand, and we keep our records in simple notebooks. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We don't use any polished language or marketing tricks. It is just a simple shop in a crowded market. We do our work, talk to the customers, and head home in the evening.
