Jyoti Construction

You can find Jyoti Construction over in Okhla. We are set up at C-272 in the Aisal Apartment building, right in the Shahin Bagh area of Jamia Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We do construction work, which means we spend more time out at sites than sitting in the office. The office is really just where we keep the blueprints and the permits. It is a bit of a climb to get to us, but it is home base. We have worked on a lot of different structures around the city. Some big, some small. It is a small team, mostly just a few relatives and friends who have been in the trade for years. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. If a wall needs building or a floor needs laying, we are the ones doing it. The office is often full of dust from the samples we bring back. We have a lot of tea and talk about the next day's schedule. It is not a glamorous life, but it is honest work. We know the streets of Jamia Nagar and Okhla like the back of our hands. Being based in an apartment keeps our costs down and keeps us close to the community. We just take things one brick at a time.
