The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops. We don't have a reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find us at our desks. There are stacks of folders everywhere. We try to keep it organized, but it’s a lot of work. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the market. It’s a very lively place to be. Jyoti Buildtech (P) Ltd is just us, really. We don't use big words or act like we are a giant firm. We are just a local company in a busy part of Delhi. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We have been in Palam Gaon for years and it feels like home. The area is crowded and loud, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else because this is where our roots are.
