Jyoti Build Tech (P) Ltd And Hps Greens is located in Dwarka. Specifically, we are at A/25 Sri Agarasen Appts. That’s in Plot No.10, Sector-7. Dwarka-75 is a big area with lots of blocks. Our office is inside the apartment complex. It’s a bit different than having a shop on the street. You have to go past the security gate to find us. The apartment is mostly quiet during the day. We use one of the rooms for our meetings and another for all the files. Sri Agarasen Appts is a decent building. There are kids playing in the park nearby in the evenings. We see our neighbors every day when we come in and out. It feels more like a community than a business hub. We don't have big neon signs. There’s just a small nameplate on the door. Delhi summers are tough, so the air conditioner stays on most of the day. We have a lot of maps and drawings spread out on the tables. Jyoti Build Tech (P) Ltd And Hps Greens is just us working through our daily lists. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. We don't go for anything flashy or expensive. Most people who come here already know where we are. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s not too bad. We like it here in Sector-7. It's a solid place to be based and we have grown quite used to the daily routine of the building and the surrounding streets.
