Jubilant Organosys Ltd.

Our office is on the third floor of Asad Manzil, which is in Okhla Vihar here in New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we are used to it by now. Being in New Delhi-25 means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The streets downstairs are always full of people and cars, which is just part of living and working in this city. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling our day-to-day operations. We’ve been here for some time, and the walls have a few scuffs, but it’s a functional space where we get things done. We focus on chemicals and organosys products, so there is usually a lot of tracking orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just manage it as best as we can. It’s not a big corporate glass building or anything like that. It’s a real place with real people who know each other’s names. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, and there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick bite. The work isn't always easy, and the Delhi heat can be tough, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of our lists. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day.
