Jubilant Organosys Ltd, Noida

Our office is based out of 156 Balco Apartment, which is at 58 I.P Extension in Patparganj, New Delhi. Even though the name says Noida, we’re actually working from this spot in Delhi. It’s an apartment setting, so it feels a lot more personal than a standard office building. A few of us from Jubilant Organosys Ltd use this space to manage our local operations. It’s a nice area, usually pretty steady with people coming and going from the other apartments. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in a way that makes sense for the space we have. Most of our work involves keeping track of what’s happening with the company’s projects and making sure the administration side isn't falling behind. It’s a lot of emails, phone calls, and looking at documents. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy stuff like that. We just come in, sit down, and get to it. Being in Patparganj is handy because it’s a well-connected part of town. We’ve been here for a while and have a good rhythm going. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. We just try to keep things simple and honest. We’re just regular people doing a job that needs doing. Sometimes we have a quick chat with the neighbors, then it’s back to work. It’s a good little spot for us to be in, and we appreciate the quieter atmosphere.
