Jr. Design Executive

Our office is at 328 Lancers Road in Timar Pur, which is part of North Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, very busy and a bit loud at times. I work here as a design executive. We handle various types of design tasks, mostly sitting at our desks and working through different projects on the computer. It’s not a fancy studio with high ceilings or modern art on the walls. It’s just a regular workspace filled with sketches, samples, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our time trying to figure out how to make things look good while also being functional. It’s a mix of creative thinking and just getting the job done. Since we are a small team, everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers watching our every move. We just know what needs to be finished and we get to it. Sometimes we have to work late when we have a big deadline, and the sounds of the street outside are the only thing we hear. We don't use a lot of big words to talk about our vision or anything. We just like to design things that work for the people who ask us for help. It’s a decent way to earn a living in the city, and we’ve been at this location for quite some time now.
