Jmc Projects

We are based in Sector 14 of Dwarka, which is a very busy part of New-Delhi. Our office goes by the name Jmc Projects (I.) Ltd. If you know this area, you know it’s a lot of traffic and people always moving somewhere in a hurry. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s not a giant corporate building with a glass front, just a regular office where we handle all our construction business. The Delhi metro is nearby, which helps some of the staff get in, but most of us are used to the daily drive. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of files and old computers that still work well enough for what we need. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what needs to happen and then we go out to the sites and do it. The air in Delhi can be thick, so we stay indoors with the AC on as much as we can during the summer months. Lunch is usually something picked up from the local stalls downstairs. We aren't here to impress anyone with a slick lobby or expensive coffee machines. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and manage projects. It can get a bit loud with everyone talking on phones at once, but that’s just how a working office feels.
