Jmc Projects ( India) Ltd.

Our office is in Vikaspuri, New Delhi, right in the Jupiter Apartment complex. We are at number 27 in D-Block. It’s a bit different because we are running Jmc Projects ( India) Ltd. out of an apartment space, but it works well for us. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have a few rooms set up with computers and printers. There are always rolls of site plans leaning against the walls in the hallway. Vikaspuri is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening outside on the street. We aren't a big, flashy company with a fancy lobby and a receptionist. When you walk in, you just see us working at our desks. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours talking to site supervisors on the phone. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy it. We’ve been in this D-Block location for a good amount of time now. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet during the day. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporate entity. We are just people who know how to manage construction projects and we do it from this flat. It’s practical and it keeps our costs down, which is good for everyone. If you’re in New Delhi and need to find us, Jupiter Apartment is a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We just do our work and go home.
