Jindal Stainless Ltd

If you head over to Khirki Extension in Malviya Nagar, you’ll find us on the 3rd floor of J-4/94. It’s a typical New Delhi building, tucked away in one of those narrow lanes that can be a bit of a squeeze for cars. Jindal Stainless Ltd has been at this ND-17 address for a while now. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, but we also have to climb a lot of stairs because there isn't an elevator. The office is pretty cramped because we have so many records and samples of stainless steel lying around. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine. It’s a working space where things actually get done. We spend most of our time coordinating with suppliers and making sure the logistics are moving. The neighborhood is very lively, with shops and houses all piled on top of each other. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long—the vegetable sellers, the bikes, and the neighbors chatting. We just fit right into the middle of it. Our team is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don’t need much ceremony. We just grab our tea, sit at our desks, and start on the day’s emails. It’s a practical setup for a busy city like Delhi, and it works for us.
